We will reserve your puppy with a $100 deposit. Pups are picked in the order of deposits received. So, it's "First come, first served". Your $100 deposit holds your place in line. You will be required to pick (choose) your pup in order of deposit received when photos are posted on the website (either in person, or from the photo on the web site). Then we hold the pup for you until the pup is old enough for you to pick up here at the kennel, or old enough to fly to you. After you let us know (pick) which pup out of a particular litter that you want, you will need to send us your balance due on the pup. After we are holding a particular pup for you, your deposit is non refundable. Until the pup has been picked from the photo or in person, your deposit is refundable to you. If you change your mind, or are unable to accept the pup or any reason after the pup has been chosen, we keep your $100 deposit to help us recover our expenses. Pups may be picked up at the kennel at 7 weeks of age, or flown to you at 7 weeks of age. If you want us to hold the pup after the 8 weeks pick up time, there will be an additional charge of $35.00 per week. Or $5.00 per day.

HEALTH WARRANTY
We believe the puppy to be sound and in good health at the time of this sale. All of our puppies are current on their puppy shots and have been wormed several times before going to their new homes. We do not guarantee this puppy to be show/breeding quality.
This puppy has a 7 day guarantee from any life threatening diseases. The purchaser must take this puppy to a licensed veterinarian within the first 72 hours. This is to be done in order for the purchaser to receive a replacement puppy of equal value. The purchaser must provide us with a written statement from a veterinarian that declares the puppy unhealthy stating exactly the condition of the puppy. The seller has the right to request a second opinion at the seller’s expense if any doubts the diagnosis is incorrect form buyer’s choice of veterinarian. If this second opinion is in confermance with other diagnosis puppy must be returned immediately to seller for contract of heath certificate to be valid.
The buyer must keep the puppy current on all shots and wormings after they leave our care for the health warranty to be valid.

The puppy is not guaranteed from MINOR things such as parasites, worms, etc.. This can easily be resolved with a trip to the vet and some medicine.
The seller is not responsible for any vet bills under any circumstances.
POLICIES RELATED TO PUPPY PURCHASES
Deposits are non-refundable. Be sure you are serious about purchasing a new family member before sending a deposit. Please don't ask for the deposit to be returned.
We do not hold puppies without a deposit. We accept checks for deposits, however, final payments must be made by money order or pay pal or cash if picking up the puppy in person. We do not accept checks as final payments under any circumstance.
Puppies which are being flown must be paid for in full before the age of seven weeks. We try to schedule our puppies in a litter that need to be flown on the same day as others to avoid several trips to the airport. We have puppies picked up or flown on the weekends unless something special is worked out in advance.
Puppies are generally ready around 7 weeks of age. Some puppies take a little longer and we never let a puppy go until we feel they are ready. Perspective buyers must be willing to wait until the puppy is ready to go home.
Shipping is an additional cost to the buyer. It costs $375 extra. Individuals flying a puppy must be flexible especially in the summer months. Plane arrangements are made a few days before the actual flight departs.
You agree to all terms and conditions in this agreement and acknowledge that you have read and agree if you purchase a puppy from us.
